Because donations are applied immediately towards our charitable programs, we encourage you to carefully confirm all details before making a contribution.

All donations made to Starve Zero Foundation are considered final and non-refundable.
Refunds or cancellations will not normally be entertained once a donation has been successfully processed.

Duplicate transaction: If a donor unintentionally makes the same donation more than once.
Technical error: If the donation amount was incorrectly processed due to a payment gateway or bank issue.
Fraudulent transaction: If it is proven that a transaction was unauthorized.
In such cases, donors must notify us within 7 working days of the transaction by writing to donations@starvezero.org with transaction details

Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Any bank charges, processing fees, or payment gateway fees already deducted may not be refundable.

For events organized by Starve Zero Foundation, cancellation and refund terms will be specified at the time of registration.
If merchandise (such as awareness T-shirts, kits, or other fundraising material) is sold, refunds or replacements will be considered only for defective or damaged products, provided claims are made within 7 days of delivery.
